Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) On May 25, 2014, Robert R. Guzzetta announced that he will retire as Vice President, Engineering and Water Quality of California Water Service Group (the “Company”), effective August 1, 2014.  Paul G. Townsley, Vice President of Regulatory Matters and Corporate Relations of the Company, will assume Mr. Guzzetta’s duties with respect to engineering matters and Timothy D. Trealor, Vice President, Operations of the Company, will assume Mr. Guzzetta’s duties with respect to water quality matters until a successor is named for the position.
