DECLARES 260TH CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND
43RD CONSECUTIVE ANNUAL DIVIDEND INCREASE
DECLARES 260TH CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND
43RD CONSECUTIVE ANNUAL DIVIDEND INCREASE
SAN JOSE, CA At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE : CWT) Board
of Directors declared the companys
260TH consecutive quarterly dividend, increasing the
annual dividend from $1.18 to $1.19. This represents the companys 43RD consecutive
annual dividend increase. The quarterly dividend of $0.2975 per common share will be payable on
February 19, 2010, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2010.
California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service Company,
Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company,
Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services. Together these companies provide regulated
and non-regulated water service to more than 2 million people in 100 California, Washington, New
Mexico, and Hawaii communities. Groups common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under
