     On April 28, 2010, California Water Service Group (the “Company”) issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference) announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.2975 per common share payable on May 21, 2010, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2010.
