CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS
DECLARES 284th CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
AND 49th CONSECUTIVE ANNUAL DIVIDEND INCREASE
SAN JOSE, Calif. At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the companys 284th consecutive quarterly dividend, increasing the annual dividend from $0.67 to $0.69. This represents the companys 49th consecutive annual dividend increase. The quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per common share will be payable on February 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2016.
California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service Company, Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company, Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services.
